WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF PROCESSING YOUR DATA?

Depending on the different forms, services, or content you access, your data may be processed for the following purposes:

USER REGISTRATION:

The information you provide during the registration process will be used to manage our registered users, allowing you to access your profile, check your orders, and make purchases without having to re-enter your identifying information (name, surname, email, phone, and ID number, if applicable) and delivery address.

ONLINE SHOPPING CUSTOMER:

The information collected during the online purchase process will be processed to process, ship, and invoice the products purchased through the website, as well as to provide customer service after the product purchase.

CONTACT FORM:

The personal data you provide through the contact form will only be processed to address your inquiry or request.

COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS:

WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING?

The legal basis for the processing of personal data collected by Spatec is based on various legal provisions, depending on the context of the collection and processing:

USER REGISTRATION:

The legal basis for processing data is the unequivocal consent provided when completing the form. The User has the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

ONLINE SHOPPING CUSTOMER:

In relation to the personal data collected during the online purchase process, as well as within the framework of the relationship established between Spatec and the registered User, the legal basis for processing is the execution of the contractual relationship between the parties, as set out in Article 6.1.b) of the GDPR.

CONTACT FORM:

The legal basis for processing data is the unequivocal consent provided when completing the form. The User has the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS:

For registered users/customers, the legal basis for processing to send commercial communications is the legitimate interest of Spatec to offer commercial information related to products/services that have been initially contracted, as recognized in Article 21.2 of the LSSICE. However, if you do not wish to receive these communications, you can inform us by sending an email to ayuda@hidrotienda.com. If the user has not completed the user registration process or made an online purchase on our website, their data will only be processed for the purpose of sending commercial communications, provided they have given explicit consent. Additionally, in each commercial communication we send, we will provide you with the option to unsubscribe through a simple and free procedure.

WHO WILL RECEIVE YOUR DATA?

If you make a purchase, your identifying and contact details will be processed by the transport company to manage the delivery of your order.

Payment by credit/debit card used on Spatec means that your card information will be processed directly by the financial entity or payment platform. Thus, Spatec does not have access to the banking details (e.g., credit card number) provided by the Customer. Payment for purchases by credit/debit card on Spatec means that your card information will be sent directly to the payment entity.  We also inform you that no international data transfers are anticipated.

HOW LONG IS THE INFORMATION RETAINED?

The retention period of the information will vary depending on the type of processing:

USER REGISTRATION:

The information will be retained indefinitely unless the user requests deletion, in which case, the information will be properly blocked during the statutory limitation period for legal actions, and once that period has passed, the data will be deleted.

ONLINE SHOPPING CUSTOMER:

The information will be retained for the necessary period to manage the delivery of purchased products and provide after-sales service, during the statutory limitation period for legal actions. Afterward, the data will be deleted.

CONTACT FORM:

The information will be processed for the necessary period to address the User's inquiry/request. Once the legal retention period has passed, the data will be deleted.

COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS:

The information of recipients of commercial communications will be retained indefinitely unless the User requests to unsubscribe from receiving new communications, in which case, we will proceed to unsubscribe the data and include them in our Robinson List to ensure that no new commercial shipments are made.

HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR DATA?

Spatec uses technologies appropriate to the current state of the art to protect your data and personal information. Our website is hosted on secure servers protected against the most common types of attacks. Spatec has adopted the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, processing, or unauthorized access, considering the state of technology, the nature of the stored data, and the risks to which they are exposed. We remind you of the need for your username and password to be private and non-transferable.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING DATA PROTECTION?

ACCURACY AND UPDATING OF THE PROVIDED INFORMATION

All information provided by the User must be truthful and accurate. To this end, the User must ensure the authenticity of all data provided as a result of completing the relevant forms. To register and/or fill out any form, the User must provide all the data listed in these forms as mandatory, ensuring that the provided data is accurate and reflects reality. Any changes to your data must be notified to Spatec as soon as possible. In any case, the User will be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements they make, and for any damages caused to Spatec or third parties due to the information provided.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

Spatec reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to legislative or jurisprudential developments, as well as industry practices. In such cases, Spatec will announce the changes made on this page with reasonable notice before their implementation.
