Delivery Times

The estimated delivery times are indicated on the product page, in the box where a brief description and the final price appear. Contact us if you require more information.

The customer will not be able to delay the receipt of the product beyond the scheduled delivery date, as we cannot guarantee available storage space in our facilities after this date. Therefore, if the customer delays the receipt of the product by more than 15 calendar days from the scheduled delivery date, Spatec may proceed with the cancellation of the order.

Delivery Conditions

Regarding the conditions at the time of delivery, the number of packages received and the good condition of the delivered products must be verified. If there is any damage, incident, or defective packaging, the observations must be detailed on the delivery note from the carrier and communicated in writing to Spatec.

For bulky products such as spas or hot tubs, the delivery is made at street level, and transportation does not include installation, entry, or placement of the product.

In cases where the customer needs to hire third-party services, such as crane services, for the handling and placement of the purchased product, Spatec assumes no responsibility for the expenses incurred by the customer in hiring these services, nor for the procedures related to possible public road cutting permits. In these cases, it is recommended to provide the address of the company managing the handling/installation of the purchased product as the delivery location.

Delivery street level is not guaranteed in areas with difficult access, such as narrow, central, or unpaved streets.

Remember to include the order number and the buyer's name in your payments. Spatec is not responsible for losses or additional costs caused by errors in the address provided by the customers at the time of purchase, collections made by third parties at the provided address, or address changes. Additionally, Spatec is not responsible for extra costs resulting from delivery delays attributable to the customer, who will bear these costs.
